Grecotel Meli Palace, Sissi (Crete)

We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful beach and spacious, safe grounds. The variety of food was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, the noise from young children in the restaurant was a downside for us, and the Wi-Fi could really use an upgrade.

I just returned from a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel, and I can't stop raving about my experience. The staff truly made the vacation special with their exceptional service and warmth. The location is stunning, situated right on a clean and peaceful private beach. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with bar accessibility in the evenings and some wait times for meals, which slightly affected my overall impression.

However, the evening entertainment could use more variety, and the beach area has some rocky spots that require precautions. Overall, it was a great family getaway.
